This Privacy Policy explains how AutoBBCC Inc. ("AutoBBCC," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit autobbcc.com (the "Site"), contact us, apply as a creator, or inquire about advertising. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, to the extent it applies to us, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").
1. Who we are
AutoBBCC is an AI live-stream growth and creator monetization company located at 18008 Skypark Cir. #100B, Irvine, CA 92614. We help streamers grow and earn, and help brands run campaigns with streamer content, including paid social ads on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
2. Information we collect
In the last 12 months we have collected, or may collect, the following categories of personal information:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site. If you join our creator program, we may collect government ID or tax and banking details solely to verify identity, pay you and meet tax obligations; we use that information only for those purposes.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule demos and prepare proposals.
- To review creator applications, run the creator and referral programs, and make payouts.
- To plan, run and report on advertising campaigns for our brand clients, including paid social campaigns.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and our services.
- To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Service providers that process information for us under contract, such as website hosting and form handling, cloud storage and media delivery, email, payment and payout processors, and accounting providers.
- Advertising platforms, such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok, when we run campaigns or creator ads you or a creator have authorized.
- Brand clients and creators, to the extent needed to run a campaign you are part of (for example, sharing a creator's public profile and campaign results with the brand).
- Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
- A successor business, if AutoBBCC is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the last 12 months.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider and content delivery networks automatically receive standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) when you load pages, images, videos and fonts. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, give you a choice before they are used.
6. Retention
We keep each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose we collected it, or for the minimum period the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

We may keep information longer only if the law requires it or it is needed to resolve a dispute or legal claim.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site and our services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, and to the extent the CCPA applies to us, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Access a copy of the specific personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only for permitted purposes).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request. Email privacy@autobbcc.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or write to us at 18008 Skypark Cir. #100B, Irvine, CA 92614. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, which we may extend once by another 45 days with notice. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we already have. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and ask you to verify your identity directly.
10. Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether a business has disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Requests may be sent to privacy@autobbcc.com.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not sell or share personal information or track you across other websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give additional notice as required by law.
